I have received several distraught messages from people having trouble
getting tickets for the 10:30 AM session on Sunday the 21st.  I called
Sister LaRae Perry in the Church Temple Department (801-240-2011,  FAX
801-240-1120) to investigate.  Here is the situation:

1) There are three colors of tickets:  white tickets admit people to the
celestial room, blue tickets to other places in the Temple, and pink
tickets to the Stake Center.  Except for those in the celestial room,
everyone will watch the dedication on close circuit TV.

2) Due to some confusion, the Temple District in Madrid gave out more blue
tickets than expected so the Temple Department in Salt Lake was forced to
"freeze" giving out more blue tickets.  However, there are plenty of pink
tickets left for the Sunday 10:30 AM session.

3)  You have the following alternatives

a)  Contact Sister Perry to get pink tickets for the 10:30 AM session or

b)  Conctact Brother Fernando Quirce (34-91-676-9464) to ask for blue
tickets for either 8 AM or 10:30 AM on Sunday.  Sister Perry thought he
might be out of blue tickets for 10:30, so you would likely have to settle
for 8 AM.

A further thought:  The Temple will open at 1 PM Monday for endowments and
other ordinances.  You would actually see more of the Temple interior in
this way than at a dedication service.

I hope this will clear up your questions and allow you to make a good
choice of which session to attend.
I believe it would be best to encourage everyone to come to the 10:30 AM
session regardless of seating.
